With over 10 years of experience, Gold Paketleme Makina San. ve Dış Tic. A.Ş. manufactures the RG110 cube sugar machine, with a production capacity of 10 tons/day and an automatic screw feeding system for the sugar feeding unit. The crystalline granulated sugar conveyed to the silo section by the screw conveyor is moistened using a dosing pump and transferred to the barbutter section.
In the pressing section, the weight can be adjusted to the desired gram value according to consumer requirements. The cube sugars discharged from the pressing section are arranged on a chrome-nickel wire mesh belt. As they move along the belt, the sugar cubes are dried using infrared heating elements and then transferred to the cooling section. Here, cooling fans cool the sugar cubes to achieve the ideal cube sugar shape.
After this process, the finished sugar cubes are placed into boxes using manual vacuum lifters, and the packaging process is completed. According to customer requirements, the 10-ton-capacity cube sugar production plant can also be manufactured as a fully automatic cube sugar line equipped with robotic systems.
