4-Deck Screening Machine (Pre-Cleaning and Precision Cleaning Screen); is a high-performance seed processing equipment designed to perform the pre-cleaning, precision cleaning, and dimensional calibration (sizing) of pulses, cereals, and all dry-grain agricultural products in a single compact section; equipped with a powerful vacuum system and 4 independent screening decks, it can be manufactured as either a stationary or mobile (wheeled) unit.
Working Principle: The raw material entering the machine undergoes both aerodynamic and dimensional separation within a single section. The system integrates mechanical screening with multi-stage aspiration (air suction):
4-Stage Vacuum System: The machine is equipped with an advanced aspirator system with high suction power. Dust, husks, straw, and especially hollow, lightweight/weak grains in the product are separated from the main product mass by the suction force of the airflow. To achieve the highest cleaning efficiency, this vacuuming process is repeated exactly 4 times along the line.
Multi-Deck Mechanical Separation: After air cleaning, the raw material is transferred to 4 independent screening decks positioned one above the other. These decks both separate undersize particles from the main product and classify the grains according to their dimensions with millimetric precision.
