A.Ş., with over 10 years of experience, manufactures the RG105 cube sugar machine, which has a production capacity of 6 tons per day and features a sugar feeding unit supplied by an automatic screw feeding system. Crystal granulated sugar is conveyed to the silo section by the screw conveyor, moistened with the help of a dosing pump, and transferred to the barbutter section. In the pressing section, the weight can be adjusted to the desired specifications according to the consumer’s needs.
The cube sugar pieces coming out of the pressing section are arranged on a white belt that meets food production standards. The cube sugar pieces arranged on the belt are then transferred onto a chrome-nickel wire mesh belt by an automatic sensor and piston mechanism so that they can be dried in the drying ovens.
The cube sugar pieces moving along the wire mesh belt are dried by infrared heating elements and then transferred to the cooling section. The cooling fans in this section cool the cube sugar pieces, ensuring that they achieve the ideal cube geometry. After this process, the finished cube sugar pieces are manually placed into boxes using handheld vacuum lifters, and the packaging process is completed.
