Seed treatment, one of the most critical preparation stages before planting, directly determines the seed’s viability and performance in the soil. The SRD Makine Auger-Type Seed Treatment Machine is designed to protect seeds by applying chemical treatments with maximum precision against biological risks such as insect infestation and fungal diseases.
The system is designed to provide a completely uniform coating without damaging the physical structure of the seed:
Dosing: As the product moves toward the mixing auger, it passes through the liquid or powder dosing unit. At this stage, the raw material comes into initial contact with the treatment agent.
Homogeneous Mixing: The specially designed auger system simultaneously conveys the product and ensures that the treatment agent is evenly distributed across each seed.
Gentle Contact: The arms in the mixing system are coated with silicone. This prevents mechanical damage to the seeds during processing, while continuously cleaning the auger body to prevent product accumulation and clogging.
