The Mechanical Manual Weighing Scale is a mobile, highly cost-effective weighing equipment designed for gross filling of agricultural products such as grains, cereals, and pulses into open-mouth bags weighing between 25 kg and 50 kg in locations without electricity or compressed-air infrastructure.
Working Principle: The system operates entirely on the principle of mechanical lever and counterweight (balance beam) equilibrium, allowing the raw material to flow directly into the bag under gravity. When the mass of the product filled into the bag reaches the set value of the mechanical weight blocks at the rear, physical equilibrium is achieved. This balancing movement triggers the feeding gates, instantly stopping the material flow through a mechanical locking mechanism. Thanks to its wheeled base frame, the machine can be easily moved in warehouses and outdoor areas without requiring an external power supply, enabling fast and efficient bagging.
