Chain Z Conveyor is an industrial conveying system designed for the safe, sealed, and economical transport of bulk products such as grain, seeds, and derivatives along horizontal, inclined, or vertical axes while making the most efficient use of factory space. It features a fully bolted, modular body designed for extra-heavy-duty operating conditions.
Working Principle: The torque generated by a powerful motor-reducer drive system using a coupling, chain-and-sprocket, or belt-and-pulley transmission is transferred to heat-treated, wear-resistant steel drum sprockets, initiating the conveying cycle inside the enclosed casing:
Low-Friction and High-Performance Conveying: High-strength forged steel chain links selected according to the conveyor capacity and line length drag the raw material linearly by means of plastic or metal-reinforced plastic flights. These flights prevent steel-to-steel contact, minimizing wear and ensuring maximum performance.
Strong Enclosed Double-Chamber Body: Dust- and air-tight head, tail, and intermediate sections provide easy installation thanks to their modular design. The intermediate body is specially manufactured with a closed double-chamber construction to prevent deflection under heavy-duty operating conditions. Galvanized steel, painted steel, or stainless steel options are available according to requirements.
Flexible Capacity-Controlled Feeding: Trough-type chain conveyor casings can be designed to match bunker outlets precisely according to the production line configuration. A diverter gate positioned after the trough-type casing enables precise adjustment of the capacity and flow rate of the bulk load being conveyed.
