The machine automatically fills and seals ready-made zippered doypack and premade pouch packaging with granular products such as nuts and dried fruits, as well as powdered products such as coffee, milk powder and spices.
It automatically picks up the premade bags from the magazine using vacuum and necessary grippers.
After transferring the bag to the required station, the machine opens it.
The opened bag is transferred to the filling station and filled with the product.
The machine seals the mouth of the bag using a heated sealing jaw system and then releases it onto the conveyor belt.
All product-contact surfaces are made of AISI 304 CR-Ni stainless steel.
Packaging films: OPP-CPP, metallized AL films and paper-laminated films.
A movable funnel and vibration system ensure that the product is completely transferred into the bag during filling.
Filling system: Multihead weigher for granular products; auger-type filling system for powdered products.
The machine can be controlled via a color touchscreen.
