Developed by Devpak for packaging powdered and granular products, the DEV CRAIZER is a continuous-type, fully automatic vertical packaging machine. Its continuous operation enables high-speed packaging and high output, particularly for small filling weights.
Auger dosing system for powdered products and multihead weighing system for granular products.
Equipped with a motion control system capable of controlling 3 axes simultaneously, enabling continuous, high-speed operation according to the photocell registration mark.
Working range: 10–500 g.
The film-pulling and sealing jaw assemblies are servo controlled.
Compatible with both photocell-marked and non-photocell packaging films.
Equipped with an automatic film centering system.
The vacuum film-pulling system enables high-speed film feeding without wear.
