Feed Crushing Machine (Feed Flaking Machine); is a stationary, electrically powered feed preparation machine designed for livestock operations and farms to efficiently grind dry grains such as barley, wheat, corn, rye, and oats into a nutritious feed supplement.
Working Principle: The machine operates based on the synchronization of high-speed mechanical rotation and screen filtration:
Centrifugal Crushing System: In the hammer system driven by an electric motor, the blades are attached to the discs at a single point using pins. During high-speed rotation, the blades open under centrifugal force and rapidly crush and grind the raw material fed from the center.
360° Screen and Particle Size Adjustment: The crushing chamber is surrounded by a 360-degree screen. The desired fineness or coarseness of the feed is controlled by easily replacing screens with different mesh sizes.
Auger Discharge: Once the grinding process is complete, the feed passing through the screen is conveyed directly into sacks by an integrated auger for easy handling and dispatch.
Raw Material Requirements: For maximum grinding efficiency, the products to be processed must be completely dry. Moist and oily feeds are not suitable for high-performance grinding.
