Fırfır Belt Conveyor (Inclined) is a conveying system equipped with raised cleats (fırfır) that enables the fast and spill-free transport of packaged products such as cartons, packages, and bags, as well as granular materials such as grain, plastic regrind, and granules, at steep angles of up to 60 degrees, in L- or Z-frame configurations.
Working Principle: The system operates by using vertical cleats (fırfır/cleats) mounted on the motor-driven belt to capture the material in compartments and convey it upward along the inclined line without allowing it to slide backward:
Steep Inclines up to 60 Degrees: Special cleats mounted at defined intervals on the belt surface prevent packaged or bulk products from sliding even on steep inclines, enabling maximum elevation transfer in confined spaces.
Modular Frame and Configuration Options: Depending on the facility layout, it can be manufactured as a straight inclined conveyor, Z-frame, or L-shaped configuration. It can be designed with fixed supports or as a mechanically height-adjustable unit.
Continuous Raw Material Feeding: Continuously supplies raw materials to filling, packaging, and injection machines. With bidirectional operation and a speed control (inverter) unit, the operating rate can be precisely adjusted according to the process.
Product-Specific Belt Selection: Depending on the abrasiveness of the conveyed material and hygiene requirements, food-grade PVC, polyurethane (PU), or high-strength industrial wire-mesh belt options can be applied.
