Gold Paketleme Makina Gıda San. ve Dış Tic. A.Ş., with over 10 years of experience, manufactures the GTK 300 single sugar wrapping machine. Cube sugars produced to specific dimensions are poured into the external vibration unit of the individual wrapping machine, where they are aligned in the channels through vibration. The aligned sugar cubes are then transferred to the machine’s sugar conveyor.
The sugar cubes are transferred individually from the conveyor to the carrier plates (holders) and move forward with the carriers. Meanwhile, the printed film roll located in the upper section of the machine is fed over the sugar cubes. The polyethylene-coated paper is then sealed by the jaws located at the bottom of the machine, with the coated surfaces facing each other.
Depending on the sugar feed rate, the paper containing the sugar cubes is pulled forward and delivered to the sizing and cutting jaws at the front of the machine. Since the jaws are driven by a servo motor, they ensure that the logos on the paper are cut in the correct position. This PLC-controlled machine can produce the desired quantity of individually wrapped sugar cubes.
