Radial Aspirator is a mobile, closed-circuit air separation system that separates light foreign materials (dust, husks, straw, lightweight grains) from pulses and cereals based on aerodynamic differences. Thanks to its integrated aspirator and cyclone system, it operates without the need for external ventilation.
Working Principle: The machine operates through the synchronization of a balanced product feed and a controlled horizontal airflow:
Homogeneous Feeding: The product is discharged into the air channel as an evenly distributed curtain across the full machine width. This ensures that the same linear air force is applied to each grain.
Aerodynamic Separation: The air velocity is precisely adjusted through two adjustable walls in the horizontal channel. Heavy grains settle downward, while lightweight particles are drawn into the suction line by the airflow.
100% Closed-Circuit Air: The integrated fan continuously recirculates the air within the system. This prevents dust emissions into the surrounding environment, reduces the load on central aspiration systems, and provides high energy savings.
Integrated Cyclone and Mobility: Airborne waste is separated by centrifugal force inside the integrated cyclone and discharged. Its compact, wheeled design requires no additional piping and enables easy mobility within the facility.
