Seed Treatment Machine (Liquid) is a mechanical or automatically controlled treatment system designed for agricultural and seed-processing facilities. It provides precise and homogeneous coating of seeds with liquid chemicals before planting to protect them against pests, fungal diseases and pathogens, or for industrial oil coating applications.
Working Principle: The raw material entering the machine from the upper hopper is first evenly distributed 360 degrees toward the inner walls of the machine chamber by the central product distribution disc. As the seeds flow vertically downward along the chamber wall, they are coated with liquid treatment solution sprayed in a fine mist by the treatment distribution disc located directly below.
Following this initial coating, the product is transferred to the final stage of the machine, the mixing auger. Through the mechanical rotation and blending action inside the auger, the liquid treatment or oil is distributed uniformly across the entire surface of every seed, ensuring complete and homogeneous coverage without untreated areas.
