Vertical Z Bucket Elevator (Endless Bucket Z Elevator) is a compact conveying system designed for confined spaces, enabling the vertical and horizontal transport of highly fragile agricultural products such as pulses, seeds, and wheat, as well as powdered and granular industrial materials, without causing any damage to the product.
Operating Principle: The system transports products fed by a vibratory feeder or manually using specially designed plastic buckets connected to a chain mechanism that moves endlessly around four sprockets. At the discharge point, the buckets tilt under their own weight and release the material:
Gentle and Loss-Free Conveying: Thanks to the advanced bucket design, the buckets interlock at the product loading point to prevent product leakage and transfer fragile food products without damage at the discharge point.
Multi-Point Discharge Capability: The fully enclosed body provides dust-tight operation, while the system can discharge the product at multiple points along the conveying route at the required positions.
Flexible and Modular Design: Thanks to its fully bolted modular construction, the system can be manufactured in different height and width dimensions according to operational requirements. Its dimensions can be easily modified later, and bucket options with different volumes can be adapted.
Fixed and Mobile Model Options: Depending on plant layout and logistics requirements, the system can be installed as a fixed conveying line or supplied in mobile versions for processes requiring mobility.
