Stem Breaking Machine is a high-efficiency pre-processing machine designed to remove awns from wheat, barley, oats and vegetable seeds, dehusk and clean them, and separate clumped grains without damaging the product.
Working Principle: The machine operates through the mechanical beating and friction effect of an agitator shaft inside a specially designed chamber:
Mechanical Beating: Round or square-pin beaters mounted on the agitator shaft gently process the product, rapidly separating awns and husks from the main grain.
Precise Process Control: Two-stage RPM adjustment and an infinitely adjustable lower scraper mechanism allow the processing intensity to be precisely adjusted according to the raw material.
Robust and Durable Construction: The bolted sheet-steel body ensures quiet and vibration-free operation. Replaceable wear plates extend the service life of the body while providing an additional friction surface.
Flexible Capacity: Manufactured in dimensions suitable for plant planning and line integration, with optional speed-adjustable (inverter-controlled) drive systems.
